The Association supports the production of a newsletter, memorabilia sales, reunion
activities, facilitates communications between shipmates, the production of a ship's crew
list and other benefits that will develop as our size increases.
The Association is incorporated in the state of California as a nonprofit veterans
organization. The purpose of the Association is to promote communications and
fellowship between former shipmates of the U.S.S. Montrose.
